Preity Zinta reportedly yelled at costar Shiney Ahuja on the sets of Jahnu Barua's Har Pal because he hugged her too hard. But the friction was already there. Preity reportedly didn't like his attitude, his unpunctuality and the fact that Shiney likes a lot of retakes. Jahnu Barua, director of Har Pal, fumes, "It's an absolutely false story cooked up by the media. It's unethical to portray the movie and the artists in bad light."

Big B's Bungalow Attacked Again with Beer Bottles This Time
A beer bottle was allegedly thrown in the direction of a bungalow owned by superstar Amitabh Bachchan in suburban Juhu late on Friday evening.
"We have received a call that a bottle was thrown at the 'Janak' bungalow and police officers have been sent to the spot to verify the facts," DCP Vinay Choubey told PTI.
'Janak' houses a gymnasium and some offices of the Bachchans, he said, adding none of the family members stays in the house. The incident came in the wake of reports about a similar episode at the Bachchans' residence 'Pratikhsa' during the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena-led campaign against north Indian migrants early this month.

Anil Kapoor Caught By Police in Burqa.
Anil Kapoor's utmost professionalism recently landed him in a soup or er... should we say — a burqa!
Excited about his new role in Subhash Ghai's Black And White , in which he plays a Hindu professor residing in Chandni Chowk, the actor decided to do some research on his own.
To prepare for the intense character, Anil decided to recee the location that's situated opposite the Red Fort in Delhi all by himself, just to get the feel of the bustling neighbourhood and it's people. And to avoid the public glare, Anil resorted to a time-tested formula — often used by Bollywood actresses to move in public without being mobbed — and sought the sanctuary in a burqa.
So disguised in a burqa to conceal his identity, Anil hit the narrow gullis of the ever-buzzing Chandni Chowk. He kept walking the streets, observing people till he came across a resident who found something odd and suspicious about 'this lady in black' and raised an alarm. The star gathered his pace to keep the people off his trail, but couldn't shake them off in the over-crowded bylanes.
Soon a few policemen too came to the spot. But before things could get unsavoury, Kapoor raised the veil and revealed his identity to the locals, who were baffled to see the mustachioed star behind the burqa.
Anil wasted no time in telling them that he was only doing his research by being there to play a role of a professor from their area. Ecstatic to know that a film will be shot in their locality, the locals were more than happy and of course offered to show Anil around.

Lara Dutta Saw Ghost In Her Room
Believe it or not (we're not at all sure what to make of this) but Lara Dutta, who was shooting for Ravi Chopra's Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai in Ooty, recently felt a 'presence' in her room in the dead of the night.
The actress who was staying in a palace of the king of Mysore, says she also saw ceiling fans whirling and bathroom doors swinging by themselves. Lara was so petrified that she ran out of the room. Says Lara, "It was really scary to sense that someone was watching me constantly. There were weird things happening all around me in the room. Believe me, the palace was a perfect setting for a horror film. I just stayed there for one day and then I requested my producer to move my staff and me elsewhere."
So did she actually see a ghost? Lara replies in all earnestness, "No, I did not see a ghost but if we had Akshay Kumar or Ajay Devgan with us, I would have understood because they are ace pranksters but there was only Govinda and he doesn't play such pranks. It was quite a spine-chilling experience."

Kajol committed Cardinal Sin Repeating Wardrobe
While it's a good idea to recycle and reuse paper, the same can't be said about your wardrobe if you're a celeb or a socialite. When actress Kajol was spotted in her sheer black saree and her fishnet poncho more than once, the fashion columns jeered.
Otherwise short public memory somehow remembers the colour, cut and design of the clothes that celebs wear to different gatherings. But, is it a cardinal sin to repeat clothes if you're a socialite? I can't buy clothes for every party I attend," says theatre personality and socialite Dolly Thakore, who wears her trademark red bindi and silver jewellery to all parties she attends. "I've around 300 sarees, so I don't repeat them often," she says.
Wardrobe sizes are decided by the number of parties celebs attend. Supermodel Nina Manuel, who also party hops for a living, says she's not repeated any of her clothes in the last two and a half years of being a party show anchor. "I attend three-to-four parties a week and there are so many clothes to pick from. Outside my show, I've repeated outfits and I'm not bothered about what people think. I don't repeat outfits within weeks. And if I'm wearing something spectacular, I don't repeat it for months as people will remember it. I mix and match clothes and accessorise them so that they look different each time," she reveals.
And then there are some who have a limited, multipurpose and functional wardrobe in spite of having the means to own a lot more. SRK, for instance, once said he always trusts his black tux for parties as no one can tell if it's a repeat. Grey's Anatomy star Kate Walsh was seen wearing a black gown to a friend's reception that she wore for the 2006 Emmy awards. Black is a safe colour to repeat, and it's all about intelligent dressing, says designer Manoviraj Khosla. Manoviraj, who owns 50 pairs of jeans, 30 jackets and tons of party shirts to avoid repetition, says, "It's a fashion faux pas if someone repeats clothes within a couple of years. We Indians hoard clothes. One should wear styles that are hot for that season. But it's fine to repeat classics."
