After the success of TZP, which released during the Christmas season last year, Aamir's next film – Ghajini is also slated to release during the same time. According to a source, "It was a meet which lasted through the night while Aamir was shooting an ad with Darsheel Safary. It was a marketing cum distribution meeting with 10 people who brainstormed for hours and finally reached an agreement on the date."
But here is the real reason why the film is being pushed back. Says a source, "Aamir's got just one more day of shoot left for Ghajini. The scenes to be shot on this day require him to be sporting his same old hair style. Now with Aamir sporting his short hair...he requires at least a month and a half more to grow back his hair to match his old style for the film. Being the perfectionist that he is he is willing to postpone the shoot and because of that the film release further."
